By accessing or using any High Card Digital LLC ("High Card Digital") website, service, or platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use our consumer-facing services. By submitting any form on our websites, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to terminate access for any person who misrepresents their age.

3. Consumer Opt-In Services

When you submit your information through our consumer opt-in forms, you agree that:

• Your information will be shared with licensed casino operators in your geographic area
• You may be contacted by those casino operators by phone, email, or SMS
• High Card Digital is not a casino operator and does not offer gambling services
• High Card Digital makes no guarantee that any specific casino will contact you or that any specific offer will be available

4. Not an Offer to Gamble

High Card Digital is a marketing and lead generation company. Nothing on our websites constitutes an offer, solicitation, or invitation to gamble. All gambling activities are subject to the rules, regulations, and terms of the individual casino operator.

5. Casino Partner Services

Casino operators who purchase leads or services from High Card Digital agree to our Lead Purchase Agreement, which governs the terms of that business relationship separately from these Terms of Service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Submit information on behalf of another person without their consent
• Attempt to circumvent our systems or security measures
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HIGH CARD DIGITAL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR CASINO WILL CONTACT YOU OR HONOR ANY OFFER.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIGH CARD DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY GAMBLING LOSSES OR OUTCOMES AT CASINO PROPERTIES.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
